Our flexible studio space can be transformed for whatever use you have in mind. Theatre rehearsals, performances, classes, fitness sessions, pop-up shops, intimate weddings, parties, photo and video shoots, fashion shows, getting the band back together, family meetings…you name it. A 25% deposit must be paid on booking. Any booking not cancelled 24 hours in advance (for regular bookings) or two weeks prior (for week-long bookings) will be charged to the card on file.

Cleaning
High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected. Guests must return space as found, by packing up all chairs and tables used, and disposing of trash.

Use of Space

• Guests may organize chairs and table into any configuration desired for the use of the space. Rehearsal cubes, music stands, and stools may also be used.

• Special permission is required to move the piano, and place any items on the walls.

• Guests may not congregate in the common areas and office spaces.
