Frida Kahlo was a woman of indomitable spirit, who overcame multiple injuries to become one of the most unique artists of the 20th Century. Frida, the musical weaves magic realism with a contemporary Latin pop score to tell the story of her unique artistic vision and her turbulent relationship with the famous Mexican muralist Diego Rivera.

It's always night, it’s always cold and nothing ever grows. A cloistered teen cellist must find a live rose in order to thaw the frozen heart of the rebel punk next door.
